RETURN POLICY
Products may be exchanged (subject to stock availability) or returned within 7 days of purchase. Returns or exchanges outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of LYCHEE & FRIENDS.
To be eligible for an exchange or return,
- All items must be unused, in a Sellable Condition and in their original packaging;
- All tags, certificates, warranties, care instructions, product labeling, authenticity cards, extra buttons, hangers, dust bags and boxes are intact and returned together with the Item;
- All returned items will be reviewed by LYCHEE & FRIENDS. Item should also match the written or photographic documentation of the item's condition provided when requesting the return. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and where applicable, customer may be charged with a fee.
- Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges for any return or exchange. All costs are non-refundable.
- A full / partial refund will be offered as Online Store Credits only with a validity period of 365 days. Return will be processed once the item is received at our warehouse.
- To submit a return / exchange request, please contact our Customer Service team at sales@lycheeandfriends.com with product name and quantity, Order Number, and a photo or video of such faulty or defective products.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made by customers. Continued returns in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged and may, at our discretion, lead to the closure of your account or refusal of your future orders.
